The CS43L21 is a highly integrated, 24-bit, 96kHz, low power stereo digital/analog converter (DAC) that allows infinite sample rate adjustments between 4kHz and 96kHz. The CS43L21 operates from a single, 1.8V power supply to maximize battery life while minimizing end product form factors and delivering excellent audio performance with 46mW of output power into 16ohm headphones. By generating its own on-chip negative power supply voltage, the CS43L21 provides ground-centered outputs to eliminate costly, space-consuming DC blocking capacitors and reduce startup pops and clicks.
