The compact and sleek new WT5500 Wire-Free Keypad is designed to work with the ALEXOR Wireless Panel. Since ALEXOR is mounted in a secure location within the home - away from main access areas - the WT5500 provides an easy-to-use and convenient main interface to the system. And with handy wall or free-standing desk stand mounting options ALEXOR supports 4 keypads, but IMPASSA only supports 1 additional keypad. Installers can offer homeowners more choice in where keypads may be located throughout the home. The WT5500 can be conveniently located on the wall just inside the front door or on a desk-stand in the kitchen or even near a bedside.

The WT5500 is entirely wire-free. With batteries as its main power source, it does not require any drilling or electrical wiring for its installation and operation. With the wall mount option, the installer simply affixes the wall plate (included) onto the wall and sits the keypad on the plate. Keypad programming is simple and fast with DSC’s Quick Enroll feature. The keypad also provides installer programming, so no dedicated keypad is needed for installation.
