This was a very special 53SA-4 derivative for a yacht project. The cabinet was enloaged to make room for 2 LED light fixtures. A single grille covered the 2 lights and the SA speaker section. The MDF wood panel replicates a 1/2" ceiling to show how the grille cover would look.
